Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct engaging online training sessions focused on applied mathematics and mathematical modeling for AI applications.
- Develop and refine full-cycle prompting exercises to enhance participants' problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Create and update course materials, assessments, and project-based learning modules aligned with industry best practices.
- Support learners through clear written and verbal communication, ensuring concepts are accessible and actionable.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to identify training needs and tailor content for diverse learner backgrounds.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay current on emerging trends in applied mathematics, modeling techniques, and AI methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in mathematical modeling, statistics, and analytical methods relevant to AI.
- Strong experience with full-cycle prompting and project-based training approaches.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—ability to break down complex ideas into clear and concise concepts.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how mathematics underpins these technologies.
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training or mentoring professionals in AI, data science, or closely related technical domains.
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms and virtual training tools.
- Published work or research in applied mathematics, mathematical modeling, or AI integration.
