Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support SAP PP and QM workstreams in S/4HANA implementation projects, encompassing discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing as well as quality inspection and control.
2. Configure core SAP PP components such as Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning for effective manufacturing operations.
3. Set up SAP QM elements including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, and Certificates to ensure robust quality management processes.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, translating them into actionable and high-quality functional specifications.
5. Drive integration across related SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, EWM) to deliver seamless end-to-end business processes.
6. Participate in and coordinate testing cycles, data migration, and cutover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Contribute to SAP Activate methodology adoption and Fit-to-Standard approaches, supporting continuous process improvement and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 7–10 years of SAP experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
2. Expertise in SAP PP and QM configuration, process design, and solution delivery.
3. Solid knowledge of MRP, shop floor control, production execution, and quality inspection functions within SAP S/4HANA.
4. Demonstrated understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
5. Experience with module integration involving MM, SD, PM, and EWM.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on stakeholder engagement and clear documentation.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field (e.g., B.Tech, MBA).

Preferred Qualifications

1. SAP S/4HANA Production Planning or Quality Management Certification (Required).
2. SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level) Certification (Preferred).
3. Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP.
