Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Data Project Lead to drive our data optimization initiatives in a fully remote capacity. This role demands a keen understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence to manage and enhance data quality processes effectively. You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity across multi-modal datasets, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and leading project management efforts to support the development of AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead data curation and annotation efforts to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Manage projects focused on AI/ML model behavior development and optimization.

- Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional teamwork to drive project success.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.

- Develop and implement strategies for integrating text, images, and other data modalities.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and outcomes.

- Guide and mentor team members in data management practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with SQL.

- Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence concepts, and tools.

- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

- Expertise in data curation, quality management, and annotation workflows.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with multi-modal data integration in AI models.

- Previous leadership roles in project management with a focus on data integrity.

- Familiarity with the latest AI/ML tools and practices.
