As a valued member of our remote, asynchronous team, you will help maintain the backbone of our data-driven decision-making while supporting our mission to empower individuals in their career journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter and update client and company data in our databases and systems.
2. Verify the accuracy and integrity of data, promptly identifying and correcting discrepancies.
3. Organize, maintain, and archive digital files and records for easy retrieval.
4. Assist with data cleanup, migration, and quality assurance projects as needed.
5. Collaborate asynchronously with team members to ensure data consistency and documentation standards.
6. Support process improvements for data management and workflow automation.
7. Safeguard confidential information in alignment with company data privacy protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
2. High proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
4. Strong written communication skills, thriving in an asynchronous work culture.
5. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
6. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Additional certification in data entry or a related administrative field.
