Join our customer's team as a Regulatory Affairs (Non-Health) - AI Trainer and help shape the future of regulatory compliance by training artificial intelligence systems. Your keen analytical skills, structured communication, and strategic compliance expertise will directly impact the evolution of advanced AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and translate non-healthcare regulatory requirements into actionable insights for AI training modules.
  • Conduct policy research to identify emerging regulations across multiple industry sectors and create comprehensive regulatory summaries.
  • Develop and review compliance strategies, policies, and documentation for inclusion in AI data sets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate regulatory obligations and ensure data quality for model training.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports, regulatory filings, and audit-ready documentation for diverse operational scenarios.
  • Support AI development by providing real-world examples and risk assessments relevant to regulatory affairs outside the healthcare domain.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory trends, contributing subject matter expertise to ongoing AI improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Regulatory Affairs specialist in non-healthcare sectors (e.g., energy, finance, technology, telecom, transportation, manufacturing, public policy).
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply laws, standards, and regulations to business operations or products.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing compliance strategies and monitoring regulatory changes.
  • Expertise in preparing compliance documentation, risk assessments, and audit support materials.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong research acumen and capacity to summarize regulatory developments clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, public policy, business, compliance, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI or technology-driven projects with regulatory data or compliance input.
  • Advanced degree or specialized certifications in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration or stakeholder engagement across global organizations.
