We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Phonetics Expert to join our customer's dynamic team in a part-time, remote role. You will play a critical role in training AI systems in audio description, contributing to the development of groundbreaking technology. If you are experienced in transcribing audio into the International Phonetic Alphabet and have a strong foundation in the English language and ESL teaching, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transcribe audio content into the International Phonetic Alphabet with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with AI developers to enhance the system's understanding and processing of audio descriptions.

- Provide expert insights on phonetics to improve AI models and algorithms.

- Conduct research on various phonetic nuances and incorporate findings into AI training.

- Deliver written and verbal feedback to refine transcription methodologies.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on phonetic trends and technologies.

- Assist in developing educational materials for training purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in the International Phonetic Alphabet and its application to audio transcription.

- Strong command of the English language with experience in ESL teaching.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in audio transcription and phonetic analysis.

- Passion for technology and its application in language and audio processing.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:
