Job Summary:

Join our team as the Director of Operations and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for optimizing daily business operations, supporting sales and revenue initiatives, and driving process improvements within an async, written-communication-focused culture. This is a unique opportunity to create lasting impact in a commercial debt settlement environment, working closely with leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional service quality.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, standards, and procedures that enhance scalability and effectiveness.
  • Align closely with sales teams to support pipeline tracking, Salesforce CRM optimization, and seamless customer onboarding.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and standardize workflows using SOPs, checklists, and dashboards.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop cross-functional operational teams while managing key vendor relationships.
  • Support budgeting, cost analysis, and margin improvement alongside finance; oversee billing and collections accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, especially regarding client agreements and dispute management in a commercial debt context.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports, monitor progress toward company goals, and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading operations functions, preferably in a service-driven or financial services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and CRM pipeline management.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities, thriving in asynchronous and documentation-first cultures.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, with experience managing direct reports and cross-departmental projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of process optimization and implementing performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting financial oversight including budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor management.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks relevant to commercial operations.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the commercial debt settlement industry or related financial services.
  • Background in scaling startup or high-growth operational teams.
  • Certification or advanced training in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
