Job Summary:

Join our team as a Finance Associate and play a key role in supporting a fast-paced, globally distributed AI organization. In this remote position, you will manage critical accounts payable operations, oversee US payroll processing, and ensure financial accuracy across systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment while strengthening core finance processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor communications, and timely payments
2. Process US payroll via Deel and support international EOR/contractor payroll while ensuring compliance and accuracy
3. Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR on employee lifecycle updates and queries
4. Record and track financial transactions in QuickBooks and manage expenses/invoices through Brex
5. Support month-end/year-end close and maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
6. Ensure adherence to financial controls and identify process improvements
7. Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. 2–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and US Payroll
3. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Deel, and Brex
4. Strong understanding of US payroll compliance and accounting principles
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven companies
2. Exposure to international payroll and compliance frameworks
3. Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments
