Join our customer’s team as a Forensic Psychiatrist and bring your specialized expertise to groundbreaking intersections of behavioral health, criminal justice, and technology. In this role, you will apply your clinical and forensic acumen in environments such as prisons, state hospitals, and court systems, while contributing directly to the training of advanced AI models that support forensic psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject-matter expertise in forensic psychiatry to support the training and evaluation of AI systems.
- Review, analyze, and annotate case materials and clinical scenarios to ensure accuracy in psychiatric and legal concepts.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide expert feedback to improve clinical, ethical, and legal correctness.
- Contribute insights on competency evaluations, criminal responsibility, and violence risk assessment to enhance model understanding.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and content teams to refine prompts, datasets, and training materials.
- Ensure that AI outputs align with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and forensic mental health practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) with completed psychiatry residency.
- Demonstrated experience in forensic psychiatric settings such as correctional facilities, state hospitals, or courts.
- Mastery in expert testimony, report writing, and courtroom communication.
- In-depth knowledge of criminal justice systems and mental health law.
- Advanced skills in behavioral analysis, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
- Strong collaborative, analytical, and ethical decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in forensic psychiatry.
- Prior experience developing or training AI models.
- Published research in forensic psychiatry or related disciplines.
