Job Title: Mathematics Expert (Ph.D) - AI Trainer

Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Matherimatics (Ph.D) - AI Trainer, where you will leverage your expertise in mathematics to shape the next generation of AI technologies. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your passion for advanced mathematics, such as calculus and algebra, with AI training and data annotation—all from the comfort of your remote workspace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate and review mathematical datasets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.
  • Create, evaluate, and refine data used for AI model training, focusing on calculus and algebra content.
  • Adapt writing style to meet various customer requirements and project needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide insights on mathematical content and enhance data quality.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to synthesize complex topics and uphold academic integrity.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while working with large volumes of written data.
  • Communicate findings and feedback clearly, both in writing and verbally, to ensure alignment across teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Mathematics or related field, with deep knowledge of calculus and algebra.
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant domain.
  • 2+ years of experience working with written language data, including annotation and data markup.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English (C2 level CEFR), with strong writing, reading, and comprehension abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of U.S.-based culture, society, and norms.
  • Excellent research skills with a commitment to academic integrity and proper citation practices.
  • Ability to write, evaluate, and adapt educational material across STEM subjects at the high-school level.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over extended tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving strategies and priorities.
  • Background in developing or training AI models, especially within educational or mathematical contexts.
  • Proficiency in adapting content and communication styles for diverse audiences and style guides.
