Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze authentic workplace communications, including Slack threads, emails, and internal files, to identify key decisions, actions, and context relevant to sales workflows.
  2. Transform fragmented, unstructured information into complex, realistic sales-related tasks for evaluating AI agents within the Jarvis reinforcement learning environment.
  3. Synthesize information across multiple conversations and document sources to create coherent, multi-step scenarios reflecting real business challenges in sales and operations.
  4. Distinguish between relevant and irrelevant context to develop accurate prompts and clear evaluation rubrics.
  5. Resolve ambiguities, trace dependencies, and ensure all synthesized materials reflect the dynamic nature of startup sales environments.
  6. Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, providing nuanced explanations and detailed feedback on task design and context.
  7. Uphold strict confidentiality when handling authentic and sensitive workplace data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise working in sales, operations, or related roles within startups or fast-paced business environments.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and articulate complex workplace discussions.
  3. Comfort navigating and synthesizing messy, unstructured information from distributed sources.
  4. Ability to identify decisions, action items, dependencies, and unresolved issues across timelines and data types.
  5. Experience creating or refining processes based on evolving business and sales context.
  6. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential data.
