Job Summary
Join our customer's team as an Aviation Operations - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge AI applications for the aviation industry. You will leverage your expertise in flight operations and aviation systems to train and refine AI-driven solutions, improving safety, compliance, and efficiency across complex aviation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and annotate aviation operational data to optimize AI training processes.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide domain-specific insights on aircraft systems, flight management, and regulatory requirements.
- Simulate real-world flight scenarios to develop robust AI models for navigation, avionics, and instrument interpretation.
- Review and validate AI outputs to ensure alignment with industry standards and operational best practices.
- Develop training materials and documentation to enhance AI performance and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Monitor changes in aeronautical regulations to ensure ongoing compliance of AI systems.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to a culture of continual improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, flight operations, and avionics.
- Proficiency in navigation, flight management, and interpreting technical documentation.
- Familiarity with aeronautical regulations, compliance processes, and aviation safety standards.
- Strong experience in reviewing and validating operational data for accuracy and completeness.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, tailoring messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Passion for technology-driven innovation and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI systems, training data annotation, or machine learning in an aviation context.
- Professional certifications in aviation operations, avionics, or aircraft maintenance.
- Experience working in fully remote, cross-disciplinary teams.
