Location: On-site – Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines (McKinley, Taguig or Bridgetowne, Quezon City)


Job Summary:

Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) and make an impact by delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a passion for supporting and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects), or hold a 2-Year Associate Degree/Vocational Course.

• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a customer support or customer service role.

• At least B2 certification (or equivalent) in Spanish language proficiency.

• Philippine citizen or holder of a valid Work Visa or Permit.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptable to night shift schedules and committed to on-site work in Taguig or Quezon City.


Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

• Document all interactions and transactions in accordance with company standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues.

• Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Adapt to changing procedures and policies in a night shift, on-site environment.
