Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an experienced Courier, where your expertise in parcel delivery and efficient route management will drive exceptional service. As a vital link in the delivery process, you will ensure parcels reach their destinations promptly, leveraging your navigation skills and mobile app proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, transport, and deliver parcels to designated locations as per assigned routes.
2. Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and punctuality.
3. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams, customers, and stakeholders using both written and verbal channels.
4. Utilize mobile delivery and tracking applications to manage orders, update statuses, and resolve delivery queries.
5. Adhere to safety and traffic regulations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.
6. Handle time-sensitive and urgent deliveries with precision and care.
7. Provide friendly, customer-focused service, representing our customer’s team with reliability and courtesy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in parcel delivery and route handling.
2. Valid driving license for 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler, as applicable.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
4. Intermediate proficiency in using delivery and tracking mobile applications.
5. Excellent navigation, time management, and organizational abilities.
6. Demonstrates a conscientious, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
7. Adaptable and resourceful, able to troubleshoot basic delivery challenges on the go.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience supporting remote delivery operations or distributed teams.
2. Familiarity with digital proof-of-delivery systems and customer feedback tools.
3. Ability to manage high delivery volumes with consistency and accuracy.
