Job Title: Technical Recruitment Consultant (Project-based) – Makati
Job Type: Full-time, Project-based (3-5 months)
Location: Hybrid – Legazpi Village, Makati City
Work Arrangement: Dayshift, Hybrid (1-2 days onsite/week, weekends off)
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver on hiring priorities.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings, pre-qualification, and coordinate candidate management with headhunters.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates, tracking key sourcing metrics and delivering regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, data privacy regulations, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, focusing on niche and IT roles in consulting or shared services environments.
• Proven track record sourcing for enterprise platform roles (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Proficient in Boolean search, targeted selection, and behavioral interviewing techniques, including STAR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in talent pipeline management, job portal postings, and candidate engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Able to start ASAP
