Join our customer's team as a Facial Recognition Specialist and contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and annotating facial data to enhance the accuracy of advanced recognition systems. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your visual memory and attention to detail in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and annotate facial images for training and validating AI models.
- Maintain high accuracy in recognizing and recalling faces across large datasets.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to provide feedback on facial recognition quality.
- Follow rigorous data annotation protocols and best practices to ensure dataset integrity.
- Document and report inconsistencies or ambiguous cases in facial data.
- Support ongoing model improvement by reviewing system outputs for accuracy.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute insights for process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated facial recognition skills and strong visual memory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience with data annotation or labeling in computer vision projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear and concise information sharing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Completion of high school education.
- A passion for contributing to AI training and dataset creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AI model training or annotation for facial recognition systems.
- Familiarity with industry-standard annotation tools and image processing software.
- Background or coursework in computer vision or related fields.
