Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an Architecture, Engineering & Construction - AI Trainer, where your industry expertise will guide the next generation of AI-driven tools for AEC workflows. You will leverage your hands-on experience in architecture, civil/mechanical engineering, or construction project management to create precise, workflow-aligned technical documentation and training content. This is a unique opportunity to shape how advanced AI supports real-world AEC challenges, all in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and refine technical documents, project artifacts, and prompts that mirror authentic AEC processes and standards.
2. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary professionals such as architects, engineers, project managers, and BIM specialists to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
3. Translate complex engineering and construction concepts into clear, actionable instructions for AI models.
4. Maintain high attention to detail when reviewing and validating technical content for accuracy and completeness.
5. Provide feedback and iterative improvements to AI outputs based on project requirements and best practices.
6. Contribute to training datasets and scenario-based prompts to enhance AI capabilities for AEC applications.
7. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to support global, remote collaboration within the customer's team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture, civil/mechanical engineering, construction project management, or a related AEC discipline.
2. Proven ability to produce detailed technical documents and project workflows.
3. Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for quality and accuracy.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Experience with BIM platforms, CAD tools, or construction management software.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative team environment.
7. Solid understanding of current AEC industry standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience developing or implementing AI/ML solutions in AEC contexts.
2. Background in technical training or instructional design for engineering or construction professionals.
3. Familiarity with data annotation, prompt engineering, or machine learning concepts.
