Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a distributed retail sales team, ensuring high standards of performance, motivation, and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement scenario-based training programs to improve team skills and readiness for evolving retail challenges.
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback through written and verbal channels to foster continuous team improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other remote teams to address operational challenges and identify business growth opportunities.
- Employ agile methodologies to adapt processes and workflows, ensuring responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve conflicts and remove barriers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimal team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales management and team leadership, ideally in a remote or multi-location setting.
- Expertise in designing and facilitating scenario-based training for retail sales personnel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen focus on clarity, empathy, and impact.
- Demonstrated success in remote collaboration, agile project management, and delivering feedback in a virtual environment.

- Track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
