Job Title: Frontend Engineer

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  2. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  4. Implement best practices in frontend engineering, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  5. Translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable code components.
  6. Communicate clearly and proactively through written and verbal channels, contributing to a strong team culture.
  7. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance and user satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3+ Years of Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.
  2. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications.
  3. Strong ability to write clear and maintainable code, adhering to industry standards.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective remote collaboration.
  5. Ability to work autonomously while staying closely aligned with the broader team goals.
  6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
  7. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex frontend issues.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in building accessible and responsive web applications.
  2. Experience working in distributed, remote-first engineering teams.
  3. Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development workflows.
