Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Frontend Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React and the modern JavaScript ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust application interface code using JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.

• Build reusable platform components and front-end libraries for scalable, future-proof solutions.

• Define and enforce frontend guidelines and best practices for the development track.

• Optimize components for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility across diverse devices and browsers.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor other frontend developers within our team.

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional development teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 7-11 years of frontend development experience, with at least 4 years specializing in React.js.

• Advanced proficiency in core JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Solid experience with Node.js and asynchronous programming concepts.

• Deep understanding of React component lifecycle, JSX, Virtual DOM, and performance optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to work with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong written communication skills, with a preference for asynchronous collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• React.js certification and expertise in functional components (with Hooks), Redux, Context API, or MobX.

• Knowledge of SSR, headless architecture, Next.js, and NPM scripts.

• Experience with accessibility standards (AA) and proficiency in writing unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
