Key Responsibilities:

• Explain complex laws and regulations clearly to various audiences, ensuring accurate understanding.
• Analyze legal outcomes, referencing precedent cases to inform best practices and decision-making.
• Gather, evaluate, and synthesize evidence, as well as conduct interviews relevant to casework and training scenarios.
• Represent client interests in virtual court simulations and interactions with regulatory bodies.
• Develop and deliver legal advice, case strategies, and process improvements tailored to real-world scenarios.
• Draft, review, and refine legal documents, including contracts and wills, ensuring precise legal language and compliance.
• Facilitate negotiations and settlements while promoting ethical standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal jargon into accessible language.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven listening skills and attention to detail, particularly during evidence review and client interviews.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation acumen, with a results-oriented approach.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis), case management systems, and standard office software.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent professional legal qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an Attorney, General Counsel, or in a prosecutorial role.
• Background in training, mentoring, or developing legal educational content.
• Familiarity with AI, emerging legal technologies, or legal tech platforms.
