Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on QA methodologies and test automation best practices for AI applications.
2. Create comprehensive data science prompts and hands-on exercises to facilitate AI training for quality assurance scenarios.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor content to evolving project requirements.
4. Develop, review, and update high-quality written and verbal training materials, documentation, and guides.
5. Mentor and support team members to improve their proficiency in automated testing tools and AI-driven QA strategies.
6. Ensure training materials reflect the latest trends and techniques in AI, machine learning, and test automation.
7. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements for continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance and test automation.
3. Strong foundation in data science and its application to AI training projects.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear knowledge sharing.
5. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or similar).
6. Proven ability to generate detailed AI prompts and design practical training exercises.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in curriculum development or corporate technical training.
2. Background in large-scale AI or machine learning projects related to software quality assurance.
3. Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration environments.
