Job Title: Telecommunications Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and evaluate telecommunications systems and protocols to provide expert-level input for AI training.
  2. Document and explain complex telecom concepts clearly for use in AI model development.
  3. Engage in daily or weekly interactions with AI platforms to ensure training materials are current and comprehensive.
  4. Review, assess, and refine AI-generated telecommunications content for accuracy and quality.
  5. Collaborate with the customer's team to identify emerging industry trends and challenges relevant to AI learning objectives.
  6. Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical information and actionable insights.
  7. Support the continual evolution of AI capabilities in telecommunications through expert feedback and evaluations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Deep expertise in telecommunications, including systems, protocols, and industry best practices.
  2. Proven ability to convey intricate concepts in clear, concise language for technical and non-technical audiences.
  3. Experience working with or training AI systems, or a strong willingness to learn AI integration in telecom.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and clarity.
  5. Demonstrated ability to provide analytical feedback on technical material.
  6. Comfortable collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team setting.
  7. Experience with documentation, report writing, or technical instruction in telecommunications.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven systems in the telecom sector.
  2. Prior experience developing or reviewing training datasets for automation or AI applications.
  3. Advanced degree or industry certifications in telecommunications or related fields.
