Job Summary:

Our customer’s team is seeking an accomplished Financial Analysis Expert to deliver actionable insights, drive sound business decisions, and elevate financial performance. You will play a critical role in interpreting complex data, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring high-quality financial reporting in a fully remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide in-depth recommendations for business strategy improvement.
  2. Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support executive decision-making.
  3. Develop and present clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Collaborate across teams to evaluate business opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and risk management strategies.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls while maintaining data integrity.
  6. Drive process optimization through workflow enhancements and leveraging best practices in financial analysis.
  7. Communicate complex findings in an articulate, impactful manner both in writing and verbally.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or related field.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and influence.
  3. Expertise in building and interpreting financial models using Excel or similar tools.
  4. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  5. Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and industry trends.
  6. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
  7. Must reside in the United States or Canada.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience working in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  3. Proven track record of implementing process improvements within a financial analysis function.
