3. Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and contribute to special projects as needed.
4. Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from large data sets to support business operations.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data entry workflows.
6. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company data security policies.
7. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to report progress, flag issues, and suggest solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience with data entry, data management, or similar administrative roles.
2. Proficiency in Python for basic data manipulation and automation tasks.
3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and collaborate with teammates remotely.
5. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
6. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
7. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools.
