Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and scalability
• Spearhead the development of ITSM and custom modules on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on quality and efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 15–20 developers, architects, and consultants
• Guide multiple full-cycle ServiceNow deployments (ITSM, Asset, CMDB, ITOM), ensuring seamless execution across global locations
• Create comprehensive technical design documentation and robust unit test cases
• Collaborate closely with global ServiceNow teams to standardize processes and maximize platform value
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and ServiceNow upgrades
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine
• Proven track record leading complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (REST API, web services, JSON, scripting) with various SaaS and external applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration
• Deep knowledge of ITSM best practices and IT Governance
• ServiceNow implementation experience with HRSD/CSM modules and managing platform upgrades
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or HRSD), and ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certifications (all mandatory)
