Key Responsibilities:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback for continual improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Engage in regular project planning and agile ceremonies, contributing ideas and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and .NET frameworks, with a proven track record delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of modern web development principles, RESTful APIs, and software design patterns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also contributing effectively to our team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding other developers within a team setting.
