Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Venture Capital Investment Associate Expert and play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing top-tier investment opportunities. You will be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end investment process, leveraging strategic insights and analytical rigor to deliver value in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to assess target companies.
- Draft investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders and investment committees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform investment decisions.
- Negotiate term sheets, deal structures, and agreements in collaboration with senior team members.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, providing ongoing support for value creation initiatives.

- Proven expertise in investment analysis, with a track record in venture capital or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or similar) in finance, business, or related discipline.
- Established network within venture capital, startups, or technology sectors.
- Prior experience supporting value creation at portfolio companies.
