Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an AI Trust & Safety Analyst for a high-impact, 12-week full-time engagement on-site in Las Vegas. As part of a 4-person red teaming and advisory group, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing policy compliance, AI safety, and adversarial evaluation, directly shaping the next generation of Trust & Safety (T&S) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate AI model outputs for policy compliance, safety, and T&S standards alignment.
  • Conduct adversarial and edge-case testing to identify vulnerabilities in AI systems and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Review and rate ambiguous or gray-area UGC, providing expert judgment and documentation of decisions.
  • Contribute to the refinement of Trust & Safety policies and guidelines, interpreting complex scenarios and developing enforceable precedents.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through detailed feedback, documentation, and training during the engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to drive calibration phases and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Design and implement original scenario generation for robust adversarial testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in Trust & Safety content moderation, adversarial testing, or policy compliance roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in rating/evaluating AI-generated outputs and interpreting nuanced content policies.
  • Strong creative abilities for scenario generation and identifying emerging threats.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and clarity.
  • Security-oriented mindset with proven experience in vulnerability analysis and escalation.
  • Native-level English (en-US) fluency, with deep cultural and linguistic awareness for U.S. content standards.
  • Availability for on-site work in Las Vegas, committed to a 12-week full-time schedule as part of a 4-person team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant social science (MSW, LCSW, Sociology, Ethics) or a blend of technical and human-centered disciplines.
  • Background in establishing policy precedents or contributing to content "case law" in ambiguous enforcement contexts.
  • Experience as a project lead or team point-of-contact, coordinating deliverables and stakeholder communications.

Take your career to the next level by contributing your expertise to a cutting-edge red teaming initiative, collaborating within a diverse and mission-driven environment that values innovation, clarity, and the highest standards of Trust & Safety.
