Join our customer's team as a Brokerage Clerk and play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of securities transactions. As a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, you will manage essential functions related to the purchase, sale, and holding of securities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, all from the comfort of your remote workspace. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft and process precise orders for the purchase and sale of stocks and other securities.
  2. Compute and verify transfer taxes and ensure timely and accurate settlement of stock transactions.
  3. Accept and deliver securities while maintaining strict compliance with industry protocols.
  4. Track and analyze stock price fluctuations and market trends to inform daily activities.
  5. Calculate equity positions, distribute dividends, and reconcile related financial records.
  6. Maintain and update detailed records of daily transactions and current holdings.
  7. Collaborate closely with other brokerage professionals and clients, ensuring clear written and verbal communications at every step.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in a brokerage clerk or similar securities processing role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
  3. Proven proficiency in active listening, reading comprehension, and effective speaking.
  4. Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  5. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  6. Proficiency in mathematics for accurate calculations and reconciliations.
  7. Demonstrated expertise in monitoring transactions and ensuring compliance with all procedures.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with brokerage operations software and digital platforms.
  2. Experience managing remote brokerage operations and collaborating with distributed teams.
  3. Strong record-keeping skills and attention to evolving industry regulations.
