Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks and algorithms.
- Implement and maintain NLP solutions, leveraging LLMs and tools like LlamaIndex for advanced language applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements, integrate models, and deploy solutions to production environments.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform to manage, train, and deploy scalable AI and ML services.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and relevance for model training.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance of ML models through experimentation and tuning.
- Document, present, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch (and/or TensorFlow).
- Hands-on expertise building, training, and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Solid knowledge of LlamaIndex, LLMs, and NLP methodologies.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Cloud Platform for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with computer vision or predictive analytics projects.
- Background in model optimization and performance tuning at scale.
- Familiarity with additional machine learning frameworks or data visualization tools.
