Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks and algorithms.
2. Implement and maintain NLP solutions, leveraging LLMs and tools like LlamaIndex for advanced language applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements, integrate models, and deploy solutions to production environments.
4. Utilize Google Cloud Platform to manage, train, and deploy scalable AI and ML services.
5. Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and relevance for model training.
6. Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance of ML models through experimentation and tuning.
7. Document, present, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong experience in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch (and/or TensorFlow).
2. Hands-on expertise building, training, and deploying machine learning models in production.
3. Solid knowledge of LlamaIndex, LLMs, and NLP methodologies.
4. Proficiency in utilizing Google Cloud Platform for AI/ML development and deployment.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
7. Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with computer vision or predictive analytics projects.
2. Background in model optimization and performance tuning at scale.
3. Familiarity with additional machine learning frameworks or data visualization tools.
