Job Title: Procurement Functional Development Manager

Join our team as a Procurement Functional Development Manager, where you will lead large-scale procurement transformation initiatives, oversee S2P solution implementations, and champion best practices in a dynamic hybrid setting. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) projects, ensuring seamless functional process delivery and transformation.
  2. Direct procurement transformation and digitalization projects across various industries, leveraging platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.
  3. Independently manage project workstreams and engagements, taking on critical roles including Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, and Project Manager.
  4. Drive the identification and development of new opportunities by building robust professional relationships and leveraging industry networks.
  5. Oversee recruitment processes and provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging procurement technologies, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
  7. Contribute to internal training and competency-building initiatives, including knowledge-sharing sessions and best practice documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience delivering S2P solutions using cloud and/or ERP platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, or Jaggaer for at least 15 years.
  2. Solid background in procurement processes, spend management, and digital procurement transformation.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in leading functional design workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
  4. Hands-on experience in creating to-be process flows, business process documentation, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and training materials.
  5. Strong command of testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  7. Bachelor’s degree (any 4-year course) and relevant certification on at least one ERP platform mentioned above.
