Job Title: Geriatric Psychologist AI Trainer

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Geriatric Psychologist AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered mental health support for older adults. You will leverage your clinical expertise to design training materials, develop evaluation rubrics, and guide advanced AI models, ensuring their outputs align with best practices in geriatric psychology. This is a unique opportunity to influence emerging technologies while working in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training rubrics to assess and improve AI model responses specific to geriatric populations.
  2. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and content specialists to create empathetic, clinically accurate AI training datasets.
  3. Analyze and evaluate model outputs, providing subject-matter expertise on psychological appropriateness and cultural sensitivity.
  4. Contribute to the continuous refinement of AI systems, recommending best practices and evidence-based content updates.
  5. Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidelines for AI training and evaluation.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular feedback to enhance training processes.
  7. Champion both verbal and written communication excellence to ensure clarity and efficacy across all project touchpoints.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Master’s, PhD, or Psy.D in Psychology.
  2. Active licensure and practical experience working with older adult populations in clinical or research settings.
  3. Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  4. Deep understanding of psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and age-specific mental health challenges.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in building frameworks or rubrics for behavioral analysis or program evaluation.
  6. Tech-savvy approach with the ability to adapt clinical expertise to new tools and platforms.
  7. Collaborative mindset and experience working within multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Peer-reviewed publications or active research in geriatric psychology, neuropsychology, or cognitive aging.
