Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and assess video editing projects for prompt adherence, technical accuracy, and creative execution.
  2. Analyze initial and output videos to determine if the editing brief has been followed successfully.
  3. Provide clear, constructive feedback on editing quality, storytelling, and visual impact.
  4. Collaborate with team members through effective written and verbal communication.
  5. Leverage advanced editing techniques and best practices to evaluate project effectiveness.
  6. Contribute expertise in both video and photo editing when applicable to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
  7. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across multiple projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a video editor in a professional setting.
  2. Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard video editing software.
  3. Strong understanding of editing workflows, color grading, and sound design.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to evaluate technical and creative outcomes.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on actionable feedback.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple evaluations efficiently.
