Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an Insurance Customer Service Agent - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in transforming how insurance customer interactions are modeled and understood by advanced AI technologies. This unique opportunity blends your insurance expertise with the fast-evolving world of artificial intelligence, helping to shape next-generation customer service tools and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of US insurance policies and claims to train, review, and optimize AI outputs for accuracy and quality.
  2. Analyze insurance-related conversations and identify common questions, pain points, and claim scenarios regarding fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain disruptions.
  3. Develop and refine model training materials to ensure the AI delivers empathetic, accurate, and policy-compliant customer service responses.
  4. Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers, providing nuanced feedback on model performance and customer journey mapping.
  5. Document workflows, write scenarios, and test case scripts to ensure AI training aligns with real-world customer interactions.
  6. Champion clear, concise written and verbal communication to translate complex policy details into user-friendly language for the AI.
  7. Stay current on evolving insurance policies, claims procedures, and customer service best practices to continuously improve AI models.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience in US-based insurance customer service.
  2. Experience handling claims for fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain issues preferably.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to explain complex topics simply and empathetically.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation and customer inquiries.
  6. Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively address concerns through training data creation.
  7. Technological aptitude and willingness to work closely with AI-driven tools and platforms.
  8. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
