Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and optimize agent models for biomedical and clinical tasks.
- Develop comprehensive query and answer pairs based on diverse healthcare and life sciences fields.
- Evaluate and review data sets to ensure clinical accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
- Translate complex biomedical concepts into clear, concise, and clinically accurate language.
- Apply subject matter expertise to identify knowledge gaps and recommend data improvements.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations for ongoing model enhancement.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of biomedical and clinical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to contextualize scientific information in clinical settings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience communicating complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
- Proficiency in remotely collaborating and managing tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or advanced training in a biomedical or clinical discipline.
- Experience in AI model evaluation, annotation, or agent training projects.
- Familiarity with digital health, informatics, or related technologies.
