Join our customer's team as a Biomedical Scientist and leverage your expertise in healthcare and life sciences to train and fine-tune advanced technology. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in developing intelligent solutions by crafting high-quality question and answer pairs rooted in real clinical and biomedical scenarios. Your deep understanding of biomedical knowledge and commitment to precise communication will shape the next generation of agent performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and optimize agent models for biomedical and clinical tasks.
  • Develop comprehensive query and answer pairs based on diverse healthcare and life sciences fields.
  • Evaluate and review data sets to ensure clinical accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
  • Translate complex biomedical concepts into clear, concise, and clinically accurate language.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to identify knowledge gaps and recommend data improvements.
  • Document processes, findings, and recommendations for ongoing model enhancement.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of biomedical and clinical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to contextualize scientific information in clinical settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience communicating complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  • Proficiency in remotely collaborating and managing tasks independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD or advanced training in a biomedical or clinical discipline.
  • Experience in AI model evaluation, annotation, or agent training projects.
  • Familiarity with digital health, informatics, or related technologies.
