Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of human data workflows, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, operational health, and process improvements.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical experts, and leadership, to align strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop data reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to enhance both clinical and operational processes.
  • Oversee data quality controls, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Support operational strategy by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and helping teams execute effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members on data-driven best practices and efficient workflow management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MD degree or relevant medical background (recent graduates, early-career professionals, and experienced doctors are all encouraged to apply).
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in data management, process optimization, and KPI development.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational skills, with a focus on driving efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into clear, actionable strategies for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operations Management experience, especially in healthcare, medical research, or large-scale data-driven environments.
  • Exposure to AI applications in healthcare, such as predictive analytics, diagnostic support, or automation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies for KPI tracking and performance measurement.
