Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Healthcare & Clinical Expert - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of medical AI solutions. Leverage your clinical expertise to ensure the accuracy, safety, and quality of AI-driven healthcare content. Make a wide-reaching impact by collaborating with technical innovators and multidisciplinary professionals in a fully remote, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and assess AI-generated medical responses, clinical reasoning, and care recommendations for accuracy, safety, and adherence to clinical best practices.
  2. Create, structure, and validate training data—including clinical scenarios and case evaluations—across diverse healthcare domains.
  3. Deliver expert feedback to continuously enhance AI performance in evidence-based medicine, patient communication, clinical diagnostics, and workflows.
  4. Identify and correct inaccuracies, safety risks, and biases in AI model outputs, proposing actionable improvements.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional AI, research, and clinical teams to uphold the highest quality standards.
  6. Ensure all content meets ethical, regulatory, and clinical guidelines, supporting responsible innovation in healthcare AI.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry as a licensed provider or clinical expert.
  2. Expertise in clinical decision-making, patient assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and evidence-based medical practice.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and case summaries.
  4. Strong analytical and quality review skills to evaluate medical accuracy, identify errors, and provide detailed corrective guidance.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, AI-focused setting.
  6. Broad healthcare backgrounds are encouraged: nurses (RN, BSN, MSN, NP, CNS), physicians (MD/DO), PAs, APPs, clinical pharmacists, radiologic technologists, imaging specialists, laboratory professionals, clinical researchers, public health specialists, therapists, and healthcare administrators with clinical backgrounds.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a healthcare discipline.
  2. Active license or significant clinical practice experience.
  3. Experience in clinical documentation, case review, academic writing, or previous exposure to data annotation and healthcare AI (a plus, not required).
