In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise to drive business strategy, support executive-level decision-making, and train AI systems to better understand the complexities of modern finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure financial health and resource optimization.
- Analyze investment opportunities, risks, and returns to support smart, data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to AI training initiatives, enhancing AI understanding of finance, business strategy, and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to model effective risk management and drive financial best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, investments, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Thorough understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic business planning and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and executive-level decision support.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training or collaborating with AI or technology-driven projects.
- Background in financial management within SMEs or fast-growing organizations.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are a strong plus.
