Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on buyer and seller representation, property match-making, and contract creation within AI training modules.

• Share insights on effective communication and persuasive strategies in client interactions.

• Simulate real estate scenarios and dialogue to support AI learning processes.

• Validate the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content for property transactions.

• Participate in regular feedback sessions to ensure AI alignment with real-world real estate practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Licensed real estate agent with proven experience in residential or commercial sales.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze property listings, conduct client interviews, and negotiate sales conditions.

• Familiarity with legal contracts, sales documentation, and disclosure requirements.
