Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design system architecture to support evolving business needs, focusing on ERP systems such as GSAP, Oracle, and Dynamics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and drive workflow optimization.
- Lead and execute system integration initiatives, ensuring seamless interoperability and robust data flow across platforms.
- Conduct rigorous system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system performance and user requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and industry best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication to ensure project alignment and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation and manage sensitive data with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (GSAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and hands-on experience with SQL Developer for data analysis and integration.
- Demonstrated success in workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration in remote settings.
- Exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong background in systems integration and stakeholder management within large-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI or machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks related to data privacy and security.
- Previous role in a high-growth or rapidly changing technology environment.
