Job Summary

Join our team as a SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming master data processes across global landscapes. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams, leveraging your expertise to enable seamless data integration and governance within innovative SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive discussions and collaborate with cross-geography counterparts using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Design, analyze, and create Business Blueprints (BBP), functional specifications, test plans, and test scripts for SAP MDG implementations and enhancements.
3. Coordinate with ABAP teams in the development of WRICEF objects and interface enhancements, ensuring high-quality delivery with robust test documentation.
4. Leverage MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to document, present, and communicate project deliverables effectively.
5. Perform root cause analysis and facilitate resolutions with cross-module teams, demonstrating thought leadership in dynamic multi-vendor environments.
6. Configure and support SAP MDG modules in Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Finance domains, including consolidation and mass processing.
7. Champion continuous improvement by managing dynamic workflows, data model enhancements, and supporting the extension of standard data models with custom entities and attributes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 5-8 years of SAP MDG implementation and support experience, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation across various industries.
2. Strong business process understanding in SAP Core Functions – SD, MM, FI.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP MDG for Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Finance (GL, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).
4. Hands-on experience with ABAP OOPS, FPM Framework, Web Dynpro, data model enhancement, custom report development, and UI customization.
5. Comprehensive expertise in CVI (Customer and Vendor Integration) and data import/replication via IDOC, webservices, etc.
6. Demonstrated ability to configure standard and rule-based workflows, dynamic/parallel workflow routing, and duplicate check, validation, and derivation in MDG.
7. Proven track record in problem-solving within complex, dynamic environments and producing high-quality test and configuration documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

1. SAP MDG Certification, ideally on the latest version (9.2).
2. Hands-on experience with ABAP development in SAP MDG projects.
3. Expertise in creating custom data models and performing UI enhancements.
