Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Vietnamese Language Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation Generative AI technologies. You will leverage your linguistic expertise and cultural insights to create original content, design innovative prompts, and provide detailed feedback that enhances AI models’ fluency and cultural relevance in Vietnamese. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of language, technology, and culture while collaborating with Silicon Valley innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality Vietnamese responses to a variety of AI-generated prompts across factual, conversational, and creative domains.
• Review and evaluate both human and AI-generated Vietnamese text for accuracy, tone, style, and cultural appropriateness.
• Collaborate in peer reviews, offering constructive feedback to fellow language contributors.
• Design culturally authentic and linguistically precise scenarios to test and refine AI model performance.
• Provide critical insights into Vietnamese idioms, humor, and cultural nuances to improve AI comprehension.
• Develop ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive test cases for AI training and evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native Vietnamese fluency with exceptional written skills.
• Strong command of Vietnamese grammar, spelling, and cultural context.
• Background in teaching, tutoring, translation, or editing in Vietnamese is a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete a Vietnamese language writing assessment.
• Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing and annotating Vietnamese text.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in providing clear and insightful feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI or Generative AI tools.
• Degree in linguistics, Vietnamese language education, or a related discipline.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
