Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide first- and second-line ICT support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices across the organization.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, macOS, and mobile device issues to minimize downtime.
  4. Monitor and maintain system performance, escalating complex incidents as needed.
  5. Document technical procedures and create user guides to support staff productivity.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to implement IT projects and improve technology infrastructure.
  7. Ensure security protocols and data protection measures are strictly adhered to.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in ICT support or a related technical support role.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and responsiveness.
  3. Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic network concepts.
  4. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installations.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
  6. Proactive problem-solving attitude and a keen attention to detail.
  7. Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Relevant ICT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco).
  2. Familiarity with cloud services and remote desktop solutions.
  3. Experience supporting users in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
