Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line ICT support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, macOS, and mobile device issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, escalating complex incidents as needed.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides to support staff productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement IT projects and improve technology infrastructure.
- Ensure security protocols and data protection measures are strictly adhered to.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in ICT support or a related technical support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and responsiveness.
- Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic network concepts.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant ICT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco).
- Familiarity with cloud services and remote desktop solutions.
- Experience supporting users in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
