Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and kiosk appearance to maximize customer engagement.
- Deliver excellent written and verbal communication, both internally with the team and externally with customers.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or kiosk management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Puerto Rico and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience with retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
