Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the retail kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and kiosk appearance to maximize customer engagement.
4. Deliver excellent written and verbal communication, both internally with the team and externally with customers.
5. Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience in retail sales or kiosk management, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a dynamic setting.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work on-site in Puerto Rico and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Experience with retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
3. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
