- Depending on experience, lead data projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic planning within the data analytics function.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis, including cleansing, validation, and interpretation of large datasets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data extraction techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, remote teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
