Job Title: SAP MM Associate / Consultant
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing source-to-pay processes, contributing directly to the success of complex, high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end configuration in SAP MM, including enterprise structure, master data, procurement, and inventory management.
- Facilitate integration of SAP MM with related modules such as SD, PP, QM, PM, and Ariba to ensure comprehensive business process solutions.
- Handle complex logistics invoice verification, automatic account determination, and special procurement processes (sub-contracting, third-party, consignment).
- Drive solution design for batch determination, PO pricing procedures, and inter/intra company transactions.
- Independently manage the creation of sales, work, and quality management orders within SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare test cases, test plans, and support data migration activities via LSMW or SAP S/4 LTMC.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by working on WRICEF objects, supporting enhancements, interfaces, and Fiori app adoption for SAP MM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and source-to-pay processes, including at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Extensive configuration knowledge in MM procurement, inventory management, and enterprise structure.
- Expertise in logistics invoice verification, batch determination in logistics, and PO pricing procedures.
- Strong integration experience with SD, PP, QM, PM, and Ariba modules.
- Ability to prepare detailed test documentation and support master data migration and table maintenance activities.
- Basic ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with SAP P2P tables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and/or Ariba integration.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications and enhancements.
