Job Title: SAP MM Associate / Consultant


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines


Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a SAP MM Associate / Consultant and leverage your deep expertise in SAP Materials Management and S/4HANA. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing source-to-pay processes, contributing directly to the success of complex, high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute end-to-end configuration in SAP MM, including enterprise structure, master data, procurement, and inventory management.
  2. Facilitate integration of SAP MM with related modules such as SD, PP, QM, PM, and Ariba to ensure comprehensive business process solutions.
  3. Handle complex logistics invoice verification, automatic account determination, and special procurement processes (sub-contracting, third-party, consignment).
  4. Drive solution design for batch determination, PO pricing procedures, and inter/intra company transactions.
  5. Independently manage the creation of sales, work, and quality management orders within SAP S/4HANA.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare test cases, test plans, and support data migration activities via LSMW or SAP S/4 LTMC.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement by working on WRICEF objects, supporting enhancements, interfaces, and Fiori app adoption for SAP MM.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and source-to-pay processes, including at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  2. Extensive configuration knowledge in MM procurement, inventory management, and enterprise structure.
  3. Expertise in logistics invoice verification, batch determination in logistics, and PO pricing procedures.
  4. Strong integration experience with SD, PP, QM, PM, and Ariba modules.
  5. Ability to prepare detailed test documentation and support master data migration and table maintenance activities.
  6. Basic ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with SAP P2P tables.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and collaborative mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences projects.
  2. Hands-on expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and/or Ariba integration.
  3. Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications and enhancements.
