Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and annotate code samples to ensure accuracy, readability, and performance.
  • Craft detailed training prompts covering responsive design, API integration, and end-user testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrate and document best practices in UI/UX, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
  • Assess and enhance dataset quality from a web development perspective, ensuring realistic scenario coverage.
  • Translate complex workflows into high-quality, accessible training data for AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold clarity and quality standards in code and training materials.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve AI understanding of development tools, frameworks, and troubleshooting strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Web Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend technology such as Python or Node.js.
  • Hands-on proficiency with version control, automated testing frameworks, and modern deployment pipelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous documentation abilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills for code review, debugging, and data interpretation.
  • Strong grasp of best practices in web development, UI/UX, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in agile, remote, and collaborative environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools or prompt engineering in technical settings.
  • Background in technical writing, mentoring, or open-source community contributions.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web security standards, or scalable server architectures.
