You will leverage your expertise to design, configure, and optimize financial modules while collaborating with both users and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are fully equipped to utilize Oracle Fusion Financial modules effectively.
- Independently design and implement solutions for various financial process areas in client-facing environments, demonstrating strong leadership and ownership.
- Configure and deploy Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub Cloud.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including fit gap analyses, configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, ensuring seamless user experiences and system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to guarantee smooth, integrated Oracle Cloud solutions across platforms.
- Continuously update and refine documentation for system configurations, operational processes, and user-facing manuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including successful configuration and deployment.
- Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, Banks, RevPro, and others.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering robust solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on proactive, clear, and thorough documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certification(s) relevant to Fusion Financials.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote project environments.
- Background in consulting, with a history of client-facing solution delivery.
