Join our team as a critical Oracle Functional Financials Consultant, where you will play a key role in driving the success of our Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives. You will leverage your expertise to design, configure, and optimize financial modules while collaborating with both users and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities


  1. Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are fully equipped to utilize Oracle Fusion Financial modules effectively.
  2. Independently design and implement solutions for various financial process areas in client-facing environments, demonstrating strong leadership and ownership.
  3. Configure and deploy Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub Cloud.
  4. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including fit gap analyses, configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, ensuring seamless user experiences and system reliability.
  6. Collaborate closely with technical teams to guarantee smooth, integrated Oracle Cloud solutions across platforms.
  7. Continuously update and refine documentation for system configurations, operational processes, and user-facing manuals.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including successful configuration and deployment.
  3. Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations in complex environments.
  4. Demonstrated experience designing integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, Banks, RevPro, and others.
  5. Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering robust solutions.
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on proactive, clear, and thorough documentation.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.



Preferred Qualifications


  1. Oracle certification(s) relevant to Fusion Financials.
  2. Experience working in hybrid or remote project environments.
  3. Background in consulting, with a history of client-facing solution delivery.
