Job Title: Software AI Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Software Engineer, where you will build, optimize, and integrate cutting-edge AI-powered applications. This is a unique opportunity to leverage large language models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) while working with frontier AI platforms and secure cloud solutions. Help shape the next era of intelligent software in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems leveraging Python and RESTful services.
  • Develop and integrate advanced LLM and RAG solutions, utilizing frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain for agentic, multi-agent orchestration.
  • Work with leading AI platforms including Anthropic for Gov, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and Grok Enterprise.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize solutions on secure cloud infrastructures, such as AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, and Vertex AI.
  • Build robust data pipelines, manage metadata catalogs, and ensure secure data handling using ETL and MCP methodologies.
  • Champion best practices in CI/CD pipelines, SDK integration, and secure coding for scalable codebases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrating exemplary written and verbal communication skills to document and present technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
  • Strong development skills with Python, focusing on backend API development and SDK integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS, particularly AWS GovCloud and AWS Bedrock services.
  • Experience with agentic AI tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, and multi-agent orchestration systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, and Vertex AI.
  • Solid understanding of data ontologies, metadata management, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in secure coding practices for government or regulated environments.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise AI solutions such as OpenAI Enterprise or Anthropic for Gov.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation in complex, hybrid cloud environments.
